Easy Queso Dip


Queso
This is my go-to queso recipe for all things cheesy! I serve it with chips, as part of a nacho/taco bar and baked on top of chicken enchiladas! So easy and tasty!
Ingredients
- 1 lb White American Cheese Cubed
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 can Diced Mild Green Chilis
Instructions

Add all ingredients to Crock Pot. Cook on low for approximately 1.5 hours, until melted. Switch to Warm setting and serve with tortilla chips.
Hot Honey Cream Cheese Dip


Hot Honey Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 4 oz Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Mike's Honey Honey
- Crostinis or Crackers
Instructions

Preheat the over 350 degrees

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, Monterey jack cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until well blended.

Spread the cream cheese mixture into a small baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes.

Once out of the oven, drizzle with Mike's Honey Honey. Serve with crackers while warm and enjoy!
5 Layer Dip


5 Layer Dip
Easy to throw together and serve with chips, a favorite for game days!
Ingredients
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese Fiesta Blend
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Guacamole
Instructions

Mix together Refried Beans and Taco Seasoning. Add mixture as your first layer in the serving dish. Layer all other ingredients in dish. Serve with tortilla chips.
French Onion Dip

French Onion Dip
A great dip to bring to a party. Definitely a crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 1/2 cups diced yellow onion
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
Instructions

Melt the butter in a fry pan over medium heat.

Add the onions, salt, pepper, onion powder and smoked paprika. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Then reduce the heat to medium low and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. The onions should be sweet and golden. Remove from stove and allow to cool.

Place the cream cheese, sour cream and mayo in a bowl, mix until smooth

Add the caramelized onions. Mix until just combined. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to develop, overnight is better!

Enjoy with potato chips or veggies!

High Protein Rotel Queso Dip


High Protein Rotel Queso Dip
Ingredients
- 1 16oz container cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 10oz can rotel not drained
- 2-3 tbsp milk or water if needed
Instructions

Blend cottage cheese, nutritional yeast, shredded cheddar, and taco seasoning in a blender or food processor and set aside. *add a splash of milk if needed while blending. Some brands of cottage cheese are thicker.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble beef until cooked through.

Place cheese mixture, rotel, and cooked beef in the slow cooker on warm and stir. It can sit for hours and stay warm. Stir occasionally!

Serve with your fave tortilla chips and/raw veggies. If feeding a crowd, double or triple the recipe!

Stress Free Ribs


Stress Free Ribs
Ingredients
- 1 rack Baby Back Ribs
- Water
- Your Favorite BBQ Dry Rub
- Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
Instructions

Cut Ribs into 3 sections to fit in cooker. Add rack to cooker, lay ribs on top. Sprinkle generously with your favorite BBQ Dry Rub.

Add water to cooker to fill to bottom of rack. Add lid to Cooker, Braise for 4 to 4 ½ hours on setting 2.

Heat oven to 425°. Remove lid, top ribs with your favorite BBQ Sauce. Cook uncovered in oven for 15 minutes to caramelize sauce.
Recipe Notes
You can also make these ribs in the oven.
Preheat oven to 325°. Add ribs to 9×13 pan, sprinkle generously with your favorite BBQ Dry Rub. Add about ¼ of water to the pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 3 to 3 ½ hours. Remove from oven, increase heat to 425°. Remove foil, add your favorite BBQ sauce, bake uncovered for 15 minutes to caramelize sauce.

Best Ever Slow Cooker Chili
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Yellow or Red Onion, chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
- 2 Jalapeno Peppers, chopped optional
- 3 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Ground Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 46 oz Tomato Juice
- 28 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 16 oz Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed
- 16 oz Pinto Beans, Drained and Rinsed

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Transfer the meat to a bowl. Drain excess grease from skillet, but do not clean.
2. Add the olive oil to the skillet. Add the onion, green pepper, garlic, parsley and jalapeño peppers (optional) and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft and fragrant (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and add the chili powder, cumin, sugar, oregano, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Stir until combined.
3. Add the meat-veggie mixture to the slow cooker along with the tomato juice, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans and pinto beans to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Serve warm with cheese, sour cream, Fritos, green onions, whatever your heart desires!

Cinnamon Tortilla Roll Ups
A quick and easy way to have the yummy sweet treat of a cinnamon roll without…well, all the rolling 🤣
Ingredients
- 1 burrito sized tortilla I used low carb
- 1-2 tbsp butter room temp
- cinnamon sugar to taste
Icing
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- spash milk
Instructions

Spread room temperature butter on tortilla

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar [desired amount]

Roll tortilla and slice into 1" pieces to create "cinnamon rolls"

Top with melted butter and more cinnamon sugar

Bake at 450 for 7 minutes

Rolo Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Package Individually Wrapped Carmel Rolos
Instructions

Preheat Oven to 350°

Grease cookie sheet

Mix together cake mix, eggs and oil

Unwrap Rolos
-
Take a small ball of dough and form a ball around the Rolo, covering the Rolo completely. Use enough dough to just cover the rolo evenly.

Place on greased cookie sheet

Bake at 350° for 7-8 minutes or until edges are starting to crack.

Let cool then sprinkle with powdered sugar!

- 4 cups Apple Cider, cold
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cardamom
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Combine ingredients & whisk until combined well.

- Equal Parts Sprite or 7-Up
