Cut Ribs into 3 sections to fit in cooker. Add rack to cooker, lay ribs on top. Sprinkle generously with your favorite BBQ Dry Rub.
Add water to cooker to fill to bottom of rack. Add lid to Cooker, Braise for 4 to 4 ½ hours on setting 2.
Heat oven to 425°. Remove lid, top ribs with your favorite BBQ Sauce. Cook uncovered in oven for 15 minutes to caramelize sauce.
You can also make these ribs in the oven.
Preheat oven to 325°. Add ribs to 9x13 pan, sprinkle generously with your favorite BBQ Dry Rub. Add about ¼ of water to the pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 3 to 3 ½ hours. Remove from oven, increase heat to 425°. Remove foil, add your favorite BBQ sauce, bake uncovered for 15 minutes to caramelize sauce.
