Hey all, Cassidy here from the LIY team! If you are anything like me, you are R E A D Y to say goodbye to winter and hello to spring! I am popping in to share how I am slowly coming out of hibernation and how I added 5 pieces to my wardrobe to help smooth the transition from winter to spring!

BUT before we get started, here are a few things you should know about me:
1. I love a good bargain! I was able to purchase all 5 pieces from Abercrombie & Fitch [yes it is BACK] + Nordstrom for a total of $200! Most of them are on major SALE right now!
2. I think the more versatile the piece, the better! While a few staples are fun to have in your wardrobe, I am a sucker for a piece that can be styled 1,876,209 ways! I turned these 5 pieces into 4 outfits, perfect for getting through this not-so-fun weather!
3. Even though I love expressing myself through my fashion, lets be real–comfort is the ultimate goal! These pieces are not only soft and cozy, they are lightweight and the denim features built-in stretch, perfect for us ladies with curvier hips.

So with that being said…

First up, white-on-white with pops of this rusty camel color!

I have been seeing so many gals rocking the white-on-white trend, and even though I had my doubts, I loved the way it turned out! This white button-up is a flattering slim fit with a slight stretch perfect for a casual look or for pairing with a blazer for work! I am wearing it in a size small [true to size!] These white jeans have a super fun raw hem, built-in stretch, and a high waist. They fit true to size and I am wearing in a size 26 [I am 5’4 for reference] But let’s talk about this COAT! I fell in love with this jacket as soon as I saw it! It is as soft and cozy as it looks, but is lightweight enough for those sunny winter days or rainy spring days! I sized down to an XS because it runs slightly oversized!

Next up, white and denim!

To keep it casual I paired this white button-up with these raw hem jeans and a leopard print flats! Again, I am wearing these jeans in a size 26 [I am 5’4 for reference] but would consider sizing down to 26 petite for a more appropriate inseam! And of course, I had to add in this adorable coat!

Now, lets talk about this cozy tie-front button-up!

If you are a lover of all things cozy, this top is FOR YOU! I could not believe how comfy and cozy this top was while still feeling lightweight enough for spring! A major plus: it is longer in the back to help cover the booty! I sized down to an XS for a more cropped look, otherwise I suggest staying true to size! You will want to errands in this top, but also maybe sleep in it… or both.

And finally, last but not least, the tie-front with denim!

Bringing it all together with this casual comfy outfit, perfect for running around town or staying at home with friends! Out of all of the possible combinations, this is definitely my go-to outfit!
