Chocolate Banana Bread “Cake”
A healthier option for a yummy chocolate cake!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour I blended oats in the blender to make mine!
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas ripe
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup plant milk I used almond
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 chopped dark chocolate bar or chocolate chips
Chocolate Frosting [optional]
- 1 cup nut butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- maple syrup desired sweetness
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350

Mix dry ingredients together

Add in wet ingredients and stir in chocolate

Pour into loaf pan and bake 20-25 minutes

Let cool and top with optional frosting

Easy + Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies
These gluten free, dairy free peanut butter cookies are super yummy, easy to whip up, and everyone will love them!
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter I use one with no seed oils or added sugar!
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond milk add more if batter seems too dry
- 1 scoop protein powder optional
- chocolate chips I like to use the enjoy life brand!

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

The BEST Gluten Free Chocolate Cake
Gluten free doesn't have to mean no delicious desserts – this chocolate cake will keep you coming back for more…and more!
Ingredients
- 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp instant coffee or instant espresso
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 3/4 all purpose gluten free flour
- 3/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cup coconut sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease pan

Mix the coconut milk and vinegar together in a mixing bowl and set aside for 10 minutes. Add the Instant Coffee granules to a measuring cup and fill with 1 cup boiling water to make 1 cup of coffee (or you can brew one cup of coffee) Set aside.

Add the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt to a large bowl and whisk well until combined. Set aside.

Add the olive oil, eggs, and vanilla to the mixing bowl with the coconut milk and use an electric hand whisk to mix together wet ingredients on medium-high speed until combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the mixing bowl with the dry ingredients, add the hot water/coffee, and whisk or beat on low speed until the batter is completely combined.

Pour batter into pan. Bake for 23-26 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein [Dairy Free] Ice Cream

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein [Dairy Free] Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup non-dairy milk of choice I used oat milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- granola, nuts, or dairy free chocolate chips optional for garnish!
Instructions

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth!

Process on the “light ice cream” setting, it will be powdery at this point.

Add a splash of non dairy milk and “re-spin” once or twice as needed!

Add in mix ins or toppings of your choice! ENJOY!
Dole Whip

Dole Whip
Ingredients
- 20 oz can pineapple chunks, strained
- full fat canned coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-3 tbsp agave
Instructions

In your ninja creami container, add the pineapple chunks and press them down so they go below the fill line.

Then add coconut milk until it reaches the fill line.

Add in vanilla and 1 tablespoon of agave.

Place the lid on the container and shake it to combine.
-
Freeze upright on a flat surface for 24 hours.

Once frozen, place in your ninja creami and hit the Light Ice Cream button.

Taste and add more agave if desired.

Protein Whoopie Pies


Protein Whoopie Pies
A classic favorite sweet treat, but with less of the sweet and more of the protein please!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour I just blended oats in a blender!
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 tsp almond milk optional if dough is too dry
Filling
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese blended until smooth
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix everything until it's a large dough ball and then roll into 16 balls and flatten

Bake for 6 minutes

After cooled, sandwich 1-2 tbsp of filling between two cookies
