Calvin Klein Seamed Scuba Crepe Sheath Dress [size up, wearing size 4 in Cabaret]
Think Spring
As the weather gets warmer, the oversized sweaters start to appear less and less, and I’m forced to start shaving my legs and wearing bras again. Pros and cons. Seriously, as soon as it starts to warm up, the absolute last thing I want to do is put on a pair of jeans [unless they’re white!]. Which leads me to reaching for all things shorts, skirts, rompers, and you know it- dresses!
I’ve said it before, but really, can you hear it too many times? I’m much more likely to buy a piece if I can see myself wearing it multiple way. So when I stumbled upon this dress my eyes turned into little hearts, and I knew it was coming home with me. The color, the fit, the little puff sleeves- it all said “Erin, I love you and you love me.” And it was right. We were in love. Thankfully, you too can have a relationship with this dress.
Macy’s “This is Big” promo is happening now, which means you can save 20% on 1000’s of markdowns with promo code BIG! Snag this dress for your spring plans between now and February 24th to save [remember- you need to start budgeting for razors again]. And if you don’t have any plans for spring yet, trust me, this dress makes plans happen. Next thing you know you’re going to be celebrating all the babies and brides, your man’s going to be surprising you with day dates, and you may just be the office’s new shining star. The possibilities are endless, I tell you.
Work, Work, Work, Work, Work

If you’re a 9-5 office girl, a little pop of pink is sure to brighten everyone’s day! While we all love the comfort of a simple black and white office wardrobe, swapping your slacks out for a dress, and swapping black out for pink will make you feel like a whole new woman. Throw on a blazer and a pair of closed toe heels, and you’re boardroom ready.
Casual Cathy

For casual days where you want to be sure you’ve got that pink feminine flare, but still feel comfy, this dress is the answer. This is also the answer to an impromptu date day to the local winery or a girls night! Some of you may live in a climate where spring means 80s and sunny every day, but in northern Indiana, spring means snow one day and 65 the next. Which is why I keep a denim jacket on hand 90% of the time. I added in some shades of cognac to keep things light with my wedges and crossbody [hands free is the way to be!].
Fancy Schmancy

Spring also means baby showers, Easter, and spring weddings! To dress things up a bit, I simply added a wrap, a clutch, and a pair of open toe heels. Wraps are great to have on hand in a few neutral colors, because they can cover your shoulders for those events that that would make you feel more comfortable, and also double as a fashionable blanket when you’re unexpectedly in a cooler environment.
So, whether your spring is full of plans already, or you’re waiting for the plans to start rolling in, this is an ideal dress to have on hand for whatever may come your way! And if pink isn’t your color, I’ve included some additional dresses for you to check out as well!
For your Pinning pleasure…
