Stoves, Ovens, Microwaves, Spatulas, Pots, Pans. They are all my worst nightmare.
I have also convinced myself that everything that is in our pantry and refrigerator is unedible.
Why?
I do not know.
But, what I do know is this:
When it is 85 degrees out in the middle of March and I text my husband on my way home from work saying “Whatever we do tonight..I do NOT want to take the motorcycle to go eat our favorite pizza and have a glass of wine” it is a sure fire way to get him to take me out to dinner. On the motorcycle. To eat our favorite pizza over a glass of wine.
It’s called reverse psychology friends.
Learn to use it. I do it all the time. Works like a freakin charm.
Anyhow, that is what we did last night. And can I just tell you. It beat cooking like Mike Tyson beat Evander Holyfield in 1997. It was that good.
Word to the locals reading this real quick: Go to Rullis and get the Nanas Sweet Pizza. Trust me.
Anyhow, the dinner ended with my husband catching me stare some guy down as he got up to leave WHILE I was digging food out of my teeth something fierce. It had to be a glorious sight I am sure.
Thus resulting in us laughing harder than I ever thought possible at a restaurant. It was that tears, snorts, coughs, and calories burned kind of laughter. {Okay so I may have been the only one snorting and coughing. I am such an attractive laugher. Really. It’s so cute}
Point being–All of this proved my theory to be true that every night we now need to go out because it is so much more fun. And delicious. And a lot less effort.
You know what else is fun and delicious? These ladies.

My name is Whitley, and I am so delighted to be here today.
With the birth of my second son, one year ago, I stopped working.
In search of something more, something just for me; I am beyond excited to have discovered and lovingly wrapped my arms around the world of blogging as a way to parlay my passion for all things stylish.
Within that realm, fashion is tops for me, closely followed by an obsession with home design and DIY, entertaining, cooking, finding P&Q, humanity, and well… every other stylish thing out there!
I would LOVE nothing more than learning what is most stylish to you!
I’m just a 20-something Alabama girl who is now living in the great state of North Carolina.
I love my boyfriend of 7 years, my family, my friends, my job as a data analyst, sports (especially March Madness!), books, and getting to the gym whenever I can.
I’ve been blogging for a few years now, but I did not start writing at Everyday Enchanted until October 2011. I blog about my everyday life, what I’m loving, topics that are close to my heart, etc. With that said, I love my blog community and can’t wait to see what’s to come in the future!
