Tomorrow marks 3 years here at Living In Yellow. In years past I have planned out a big ole giveaway in hopes to make one of you readers insanely happy with some awesome prizes but to also help spread the word out about my blog in hopes to kick start another great year. This year something felt different about how I wanted to celebrate. I don’t know if it’s because I feel like the last thing the blog world needs right now from me is a giveaway, if I didn’t want to take the time to plan it all out, or if I just wanted to simply say thank you with asking you to tweet this, share that, and shout my blog name from the rooftops. It can all feel so artificial at times. I wanted nothing to be artificial about this celebration today. So instead of all of that jazz, I simply want to write a thank you letter to you while asking absolutely nothing in return. Just the way a real thank you should be.

Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to read what I have to write on a regular basis. Time is such a valuable thing and the fact that you spend some of it with me means more than you will ever know. I often get too caught up in all of the other parts of blogging that I forget about you, the ones who make all of this possible. The emails, the tweets, the love on Instagram, the comments on Facebook, hearing from you touches a piece of my heart on a daily basis. Some of you have prayed for me during hard times, while others of you have laughed with me through the good times. If only you knew the number of smiles you have placed on my face. I have thousands of reasons why I should be here doing this, and they all point back to each one of you. To keep this short and sweet, thank you. Thank you for keeping this little love of mine afloat and allowing her to grow into something she never thought she would be, or wanted to be for that matter. You inspire me, challenge me, and love me. I am forever grateful for your presence here and never want to take that for granted. Thank you.
