WHIRRRR…BUZZZZ…VRUMMM…that was my best blender noises in writing ๐Ÿคฃ I don’t know about you, but sometimes I can find myself standing in front of a blender wanting a smoothie, but having NO clue where to start HA! Well, we’ve got you girlfriend. Keep on reading for 6 of our go-to smoothie recipes – and 1 that’s got a little more *kick* ๐Ÿน๐Ÿ˜†…it’s 5 O’Clock somewhere ๐ŸŽถ – along with our favorite blenders! Let’s get to mixing things up….

Smoothie Recipes

Lauren’s Go-To Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 cup Costco's Three Berry Blend frozen fruit
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp PB2 Powder

Devon’s Go-To Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 2 scoops Collagen Powder
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder

Katy’s Go-To Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana Frozen
  • 1 cup Frozen Berries
  • 1 tbsp Hemp, Chia, or Flax Seeds
  • 1 scoop Collagen Powder
  • 1-2 scoops Protein Powder
  • 1 scoop Naked Greens Powder
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter

Hannah’s Go-To Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops Protein Powder (orgain brand linked at the bottom of the post)
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 8-10 oz Water
  • 1 cup Frozen Berries

Steph’s Go-To Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Frozen super smoothie from Costco [or frozen blueberries if I'm out]
  • Chia Seeds
  • PB2 Powder
  • Collagen
  • Fresh Banana
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Coconut Milk

Recipe Notes

I eyeball this recipe every time I make it because I use the same cup (the single serve cups that come with my blender)! Usually I will fill the cup halfway up with frozen fruit to start, but feel free to make this your own and adjust to your liking!ย 

The Best Pina Coladas

Ingredients

  • 6 oz White Rum
  • 6 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 6 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 4 oz Golden or Spiced Rum
  • 4 Cups Ice
  • Pineapple Wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice + chunks, golden rum, and ice in a blender. Process until totally blended.

  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple wedge!
