Hey mamas, it’s that time again! Back to school! Time to get back into the swing of early morning wakeups, forced teeth and hair brushing, and last but not least, the school drop off line! Lauren here, and I’m getting ready to send my oldest off to Kindergarten in a few short weeks! I’ve been doing the carline drop off thing for 5 years with preschool and daycare drop offs, and over these years, I quickly learned that the days I show up looking my worst are the days that someone forgets something in the car – ha! So today I’m sharing four outfits that are easy to throw on and go, casual enough to wear with undone hair, and pulled together enough in case you have to get out of the car!
For a little update on my school drop off looks, I turned to Nordstrom Rack. I’m a frequent Nordstrom Rack shopper for so many reasons! They carry so many name brands that I already shop and love [think Zella, Steve Madden, Kut From The Kloth and more!]. Plus free shipping on $89+ doesn’t hurt either! With new arrivals flowing in all the time, there’s so much to choose from on the Nordstrom Rack website, no matter your style or budget! Now let’s get to what you’re here for – the outfits! From leggings and sweatshirts to cargo pants and cardigans, here are four easy outfits for school drop off this fall!

As one of LIY’s Content Creators, Lauren also doubles as our Amazon Queen and her Facebook posts are the reason why we’ve all hit checkout more times on Prime in the past year than we’ve told our significant other “I love you”. With dreams of living on the water [an inflatable pool is currently keeping said dream alive] and a deep appreciation to 2000’s hip hop, Lauren is always up for an adventure while secretly hoping she can hang out in the tub with a glass of wine.
