With our recent trip to Las Vegas and spring break on the near horizon, I was looking for a swimsuit coverup that had a little spice to it. After I spotted this one from Summersalt that I was obsessed with [but didn’t want to pay the price for] I knew I had to find something similar but for less. Insert this under $30 option from Amazon! I am pleasantly surprised by it and know I’ll get a ton of use out of it this summer on the lake!

Give this girl a good maxi and she is set! This dress feels more expensive than its $30 price tag [I always appreciate a lined dress] and I love that it has adjustable straps! While I did feel like it had quite a bit of fabric which can look unshapely at times, with the quick fix of a belt I was golden! Throw a little denim jacket over it if you need for cooler nights and you’re set — it’s a win for me!

Another Vegas-inspired purchase, I knew I was going to want to have some cute, lightweight options to wear during the day with sandals to walk around town [or dress up with heels for dinner] so when I spotted this one I had to try it! It does have a button closure at the chest and a tie around the waist that you can remove if you want to! It’s easy and it’s chic, another Amazon fashion win for me!

It seems like all of my purchases recently are focused on getting me Spring Break ready and I don’t hate it! First up – one of my favorite things to come out of the pandemic, Kiss Impress Nails. They existed before, but I never used them until I wasn’t going to the nail salon regularly. They’re SO much cheaper than salon nails, and I like that I change them weekly because I would often get tired of the color I chose long before it worn off. Next up, saving my pasty legs one application at a time – Jergens Instant Sun. Easy to apply (be sure to use a mitt for easy and even application!), dries fast and gives me the best natural-looking color.
Body Board
Speaking of getting ready for Spring Break – we’re driving, which means we have room to pack pretty much whatever we want. For this trip, that includes a body board for our family to use on the beach. My boys are so excited to try it out!

Chi Travel Steamer
My husband and I are headed to Texas at the end of this week for a wedding and we desperately needed a steamer for my dress and his suit. I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to find a travel steamer that not only worked but traveled easily and wasn’t a pain to use! After ordering and trying this Chi steamer I was shocked at just how well it worked! It not only fits perfectly in my carry-on suitcase but actually works!! It has a case for it, 2 year warranty and exceeded my expectations! If you’re looking for a general steamer, highly recommend this one we’ve had for several years!
Marble Bathroom Scale
Who honestly wants to step on the scale lol I feel like ours constantly stares at me and sticks out like a sore thumb. So, when I saw this pretty marble option I figured I would be more inclined to step on the scale and less inclined to chuck it out the window lol Not only does it look nice but it also doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb and boy is it not too bad to look at!
Strappy Sports Bras
Amazon has yet to steer me wrong with a sports bra, I’m obsessed with these, so when I saw this strappy option and it’s OVER 18,000 reviews I couldn’t hit #checkout fast enough! After wearing them through a variety of workouts I l-o-v-e them! The padding is a little much but I have a smaller chest and didn’t mind them too much! I will say they have good support, not great so for my small chest they worked for all of my workouts. If you need something with more support I would wear these for more of a lounge type bra because they are so comfortable!

We’ve been on the hunt for a new car seat for months. My son is turning two soon and we were in need of an upgrade. So far we are really loving this Evenflo Convertible car seat! My son even fell asleep on our 20 minute drive (which he never does) the first time he rode in it. I’d say he is a fan as well! There are 4 modes with this seat, rear facing for children 4-40 lbs, forward facing for children 22-65 lbs, high back booster for children 40-120 lbs and no back booster for children 40-120 lbs. I love that this seat grows with him so we hopefully won’t have to buy another car seat now.

Allison here! Calling all larger chested ladies! This underwire, high impact sports bra has been a game changer for me! I am a 34G, and this is the first bra that I have tried in a long while, that I can jump rope in! It is beyond supportive, and doesn’t give you a “uniboob”. When it comes to workout gear, the simpler and blacker the better if you ask me! Skye here and Honey, my sweet Aussie)! I read the great reviews on these sports bras & tops from Amazon and had to give them a try! The sports bra is pretty good support (I’m a 36G for reference) – I would feel comfortable doing most things in it but maybe not a HIIT workout. However, paired with the cropped tank top the ladies aren’t going anywhere and it is pretty comfortable!
