The latest show to have us binging Netflix for hours on end? Emily in Paris. We can’t get enough of it, but we’re especially loving the fashion! The colors, the textures, the boldness, the accessories… ooo la la. Immediately after watching it we had to know how to incorporate Emily’s style into our 9 to 5 and 5 to 9 lives.
Today we’re showing you how to spice up your everyday wardrobe with essentials that can work together in a more elevated, fashion forward way. It’s no secret that Emily in Paris has the stand-out-style that’s both eye catching and haute. Speaking of hot… Alfie or Gabriel? I digress….
While we may not be running around town in mini skirts, high fashion dresses and berets, we’re taking notes from Emily’s style and integrating pops of color, pattern mixing, accessorizing and bold pieces in a more relatable way. And if we’ve learned anything from the show, clothes should never be boring.
Here are a few simple ways to get Emily’s look [and PLENTY of outfit inspo for ya 😉 ]:
- Add in bright pops of color
- Mix patterns
- Choose statement sleeves
- Find pieces with texture
- Accessories with chic purses
