Our relationship with Amazon has come a long way in the past few years. We went from being pretty dang skeptical to hitting “Add to Cart” several times a day. Maybe a few too many times per day, but that’s neither here nor there. 😉 From fashion to home and even groceries, it’s no secret Amazon is jam-packed with millions upon millions of items. This week, we’re sharing our all-time favorite Amazon finds all across the board [see them all here]. Today we rounded up the items that have found their way into our beauty routines over and over again. Get your makeup bag ready, here are our All Time Favorite Beauty Purchases from Amazon.
ERIN’S BEAUTY FAVORITES
I still can’t believe how incredibly well this makeup bag has held up over the years. I have truly used this thing every. single. day. for almost two years now and it still looks brand new. It holds a crazy amount of stuff [and believe me, I have a LOT] and travels perfectly [you know, for when trips are a thing we take]. For under $20, you truly can’t beat it! I love that it has a hook to hang and the pattern options it comes in are adorable! Seriously, buy this and then buy some more for gifts. It’s that good.
When you see something is one of Amazon’s best selling items and for under $13, it’s worth trying. The reviews don’t lie – this hair mask packs a big punch. And the best news? It doesn’t actually take much time at all. I simply use shampoo in the shower, rinse and then try to ring my hair out as much as possible. Then I slather some of this hair mask on my hair by running my fingers through my hair to get it covered throughout and then wait around 7 minutes to rinse. During that 7 minutes it’s a great time to shave or do similar activities you’ve been neglecting for weeks. The end result: smooth, soft, smell-good hair that feels and looks amazing.
My hair stylist turned me onto Olaplex products a couple of years ago and I haven’t looked back since. If you are looking to increase the strength of your individual hair strands, this will do the trick! The result has been thicker, healthier, locks that thousands [errr, millions] of women swear by. I use the shampoo, conditioner, #3 hair perfector mask and #7 bonding oil!
If there was ever a miracle product for those of who are constantly plucking those scraggly gray hairs out of our heads, it’s this. No longer is plucking our precious hairs away a thing because this root cover up spray covers those bad boys up quicker than you can quick your stylist for an appointment. You simply hold the can 6-inches or so away from your scalp and spray. Instantly you see the gray disappear and within 1 minute it’s dry and you’re ready to tackle the day ahead! I use it in the color dark blonde but there are several options available!
BECCA’S BEAUTY FAVORITES
I have ordered and reordered this bath bomb set for myself, and bought them as gifts for numerous people. No joke, I have purchased at least 7-8 sets of these — they are just. that. good. I love that they are natural, and the scents are amazing — not too sweet like so many others I have tried! Totally a one for you, two for me kind of a gift!
HANNAH’S BEAUTY FAVORITES
Tinted Lip Treatment [shown in Red Tint]
I have a confession to make — I have an overabundance of lip gloss [lol], we’re talking LOTS and I always seem to buy more! However, one thing I’ve noticed is that I tend to wear chapstick more in the Summer so my lips don’t burn and less color options! I found this lip gloss and it has all the things to keep my lips protected with a little bit of color! And it smells amazing, not sticky and comes in more tint options!
Apparently as you get older the dark circles and lines get bigger and better [lol] — okay maybe this is just for me and the fact that my kids still don’t sleep through the night! I’ve heard good things about Patchology products and was excited to try their Under Eye Patches! They have SO many options to choose from, but I stuck with the variety to see what would work! While I haven’t noticed a huge difference, probably needing to use them more than a couple times, I did love the way they felt and did see a little improvement! Highly recommend them if you’re interested in looking less tired!
KATY’S BEAUTY FAVORITES
$5 mascara for the WIN! I have been using this for about a month and was skeptical, but have been loving it! I don’t consider myself someone with long lashes, but thanks to this mascara I feel like I get that effect. Also pictured (which I am also enjoying) is this highlighter palette (4 colors for under $8, yes please), and this primer.
These sponges are so soft and I love the blend it gives my foundation when I use them! I’ve tried the beauty blender sponge as well and I honestly like these better! The price at 4 for under $11 doesn’t hurt either.
I still love my Essence mascara, but after a deep-dive of watching makeup guru’s on YouTube 
I kept hearing about this mascara and needed to try it for myself. I have to say it’s definitely made this list of my favorites!
Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer
I’ve also shared this bronzer in “Our Empties” blog post because it’s goodie at a GREAT price. It’s only $10 and is one of the best out there in my opinion! It goes on beautifully and smells like a tropical vacation. I don’t even need a plane to transport me to an island with this bronzer handy! This will also last you a really long time. I also double up and use it as eyeshadow!
CASSIDY’S BEAUTY FAVORITES
Nail Art Tools / Acetone / UV Nail Light / Gel Polish
Okay gals, I am taking on my own nail art! I went to the aisles of Amazon and found these nail art tools and UV nail light. I completed my at home kit with this gel polish set and a bottle of acetone. I absolutely love the UV nail light–it works great and acts fast! I also like that it has a sleek design and isn’t too bulky. The nail art tools make at home mani’s so easy and approachable and I utilize both ends of the tool to make simple designs [flowers, lines, dots, etc. are a good place to start!]. As for the gel polish set, I loved the colors and that it comes with the top and base coat, although, the polish itself was somewhat thick and I found that if I applied it too heavily it would be subject to peeling off in a day or two! So I ordered this brand of gel polish due to the stellar reviews on Amazon and I can’t wait to try it out! Overall, I have been super happy with this little set that I have created and have even started doing my friends’ nails!
I have #influenced by Erin when it comes to this travel makeup case! This recently came with me to a girls trip to Florida! It’s such a simple thing but honestly I was so happy with it the entire trip! It is small enough to pack in a carry on but it held everything I could need! I even bought more makeup while traveling and had the space to pack it! For under $20, this is one of my favorite purchases!
LAUREN’S BEAUTY FAVORITES
“Summer bodies are made in the winter.” Well, apparently summer feet are also made in the winter if you’re using one of these foot peels! These have been CRAZY popular over the past few years, so I’m finally testing them out! And if you haven’t heard about them, be prepared for your feet to P-E-E-L [aka don’t let anyone see your feet for two weeks – seriously!]. Here’s the approach I took after researching what people say works best:
- Soak feet for 10 minutes. Dry them thoroughly.
- Put on Baby Food plastic booties.
- Put a pair of socks over them.
- Leave on for 2 – 3 hours [make yourself comfy on the couch, girlfriend!].
- Rinse and wait 5-7 days!
CLAIRE’S BEAUTY FAVORITES
I started using this after hearing rave reviews and now I’m one of those girls telling all of my friends they need one. I use it every night to wash my face [I love that it takes off all of my eye makeup with just water] and that you can use it for up to a week or so before throwing it in the washing machine! It cleans better than anything I’ve ever used and is so soft every use!
