This year has been filled with a whole lot of lounging, and maybe not quite as many lunges as I’d planned. But here we are, ready to kick off a new year with a fresh mindset. I’ll be the first to admit sometimes new workout gear is just the kick in the rear I need to get my booty to [literally and physically] workout again [hint: that’s where Zella comes into play]. While 2020 unexpectedly became the year of lounging, I’m doing my best to finish strong and spend a little more time on fitness.
It’s no secret – I’ve been a longtime lover of Zella from Nordstrom for both working out and loungewear. From the stretchy high-waist leggings to the joggers and cozy tops that are perfect for sitting by the fire, Zella can do no wrong! And it’s a Nordstrom-made brand, which means you’re getting all the Nordstrom TLC you’ve come to know and love! The convenient shipping options, like buy online pick up in stores, free shipping and returns, and even curbside pickup make shopping a breeze. Plus, I’m always earning rewards as a member of the Nordy club! My favorite reward? Nordy Notes to use for future shopping trips!
Relaxed Long Sleeve T-Shirt [size down, wearing in XS]
Remember how I said the theme of 2020 was all things lounge? If that’s your game plan for 2021 as well, don’t worry, Zella has you covered. Sweatshirts, joggers, hoodies, and of course, plenty of relaxed tees like this one! While Zella has plenty of goodies for your fitness game, the amount of perfectly comfy cozy pieces is just as well stocked! When I’m ready to grab a good book or watch my Monday night guilt pleasure, Zella’s loungewear makes sure I’m fit for the part.
Seamless Hybrid Tie Dye Jacket [true to size, wearing in small] // Live In High Waist Rib Ankle Leggings [true to size, wearing in small] // Ava T-Shirt [true to size, wearing in small] // Swift Run X Sneaker [true to size!]
Are you also trying to up your workout game this year? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again [and again, again] – cute activewear makes everything SO much better ;). Tie dye and quilting have taken over this year, so when I saw that Zella made a baby between the two in the way of this jacket, I knew it had to make its way into my closet. Whether you’re wearing it to go run or to run errands, one thing’s for sure -you’ll be looking cute!
If you’ve been around these parts for a bit, you know the Live In leggings I’ve been living in [for literal years]. I spotted this ribbed version, and they’re just as good as the original, and perfect for both lunges and lunch runs [heavy on the lunch runs, I must admit]. Perfectly high waisted, the right amount of stretch, and some magic power to suck things right into place. The trifecta, my friends.
Last, but most definitely not least, this tee. If I could give the heart eyes to a single workout tee, it’d be this one. And then I’d wear it back to laying on the couch, because it’s that versatile. A simple workout wardrobe staple that you’ll find yourself reaching for over and over. Not too loose, not too tight, and a bit longer in the back to keep things covered. BRB. Going back for another color [or three].
