Let’s talk about trends for spring. One trend I am beyond excited about? Bold, bright colors. I know, I know, this may come as a shock to you all, but bold colors hold a special place in my heart. There’s just something about putting on a bright colored outfit that instantly brightens my mood. I typically find myself turning to these shades when a gloomy day calls for a sunny mood-boost.

If dressing like 60’s wallpaper is wrong, I don’t want to be right. I was immediately drawn to this yellow top for obvious reasons. Not only is yellow near and dear to my heart, but the feminine floral detail is perfect for spring. Dress it up, dress it down, wear it to work. The world is your oyster.

While this “trend” is more of a staple in my closet, you won’t catch me complaining. If there’s one spring trend I urge you to hop on board with, it’s leather. A classic leather jacket is a closet staple and a must-have year-round. Pair it with lighter tones [like a basic white tee and nude heels] for fresh look perfect for date night or a night out on the town this season!
