Fall is my jam. Seriously is there anything better than cozy sweaters, tailgating season, and trips to the pumpkin patch with a steaming cup of cider in tow? I think not. Give me a PSL and a pile of leaves to frolic through, and I’m a happy gal. With all the autumn activities in full swing, I couldn’t be more excited to dress the part. Insert Nordstrom.

Pumpkin patch? Check. Apple orchard? Check. Wherever you find yourself spending those crisp fall days, be sure to add a touch of plaid to your look. Nothing gets me in the mood for alllll the autumn activities quite like a classic flannel. To pull the whole look together, I added a basic utility vest for an extra layer. Game Day

The most wonderful time of year is finally here. That’s right, I’m talking about football season. I firmly believe that there is spring, summer, football and winter. I’d pretend that I love this season for the sport itself but it’s honestly the chip dips, excuses to get together with friends in the middle of a Saturday and of course – tailgate outfits. The key to a perfect tailgate? Layers [I paired a fun tee with a lightweight jacket] and comfortable sneakers. And just like that, you’re game day ready. Go Irish!

Love is in the air this season [as well as fall allergies, but that’s neither here nor there] and the time to decide what in the world to wear to a fall wedding is upon us. I chose a classic LBD [little burgundy dress] with a romantic scalloped neckline for the occasion. Paired with a comfortable heel [these are my all time favorites] and I’m ready pop, lock, and drop it on the dance floor all night long- or at least until about 9:00 PM because who am I kidding? Bedtimes are important.

Day trips to the nearby vineyards are one of my favorite things to do as the weather cools off. Nothing beats sipping on a dry red without sweating profusely. Ponchos have been my new best friend this season and I can’t stop, won’t stop anytime soon. They’re cute, comfortable, and [most importantly] allow plenty of room for consuming a borderline unhealthy helping of hors d’oeuvres. Cheers to that!
