Last week I decided to take off of work for a time to recharge, relax, go days on end without putting on makeup and not taking one single mirror selfie. Was it glorious? Yes. Am I ready to get back at it? I think so. The thing is, I love my job, I really, really do. To do something that you enjoy is such a blessing and I am so thankful for some time away to be reminded of that. It’s funny how we sometimes need to stop doing what it is we are always doing to remember why we do what we do and why we love [or in some cases, not love] what it is that we do.
With all of that being said, thank you for allowing me to do something that I love — it seems like such a simple job [so you take pictures of your outfits in your kitchen?] but it’s so much more than that. It’s connecting with others via a screen, working hard on bringing content we think you’ll resonate with, showing up every single day and in my case, shopping for and sharing what I’m wearing in hopes it helps one of you get dressed for the day. On that note, let’s jump into my recent purchases / outfits!
Before we get into all of the outfits, let’s get the logistics out of the way to make this process easier on you – for sizing reference, I am 5’4, 125 lbs on a good day, typically a 2 in tops/dresses and 26 in jeans/pants with a preferred inseam of 26-28 inches. Bra size is 30DDD [I get it from my momma]. Hopefully, this helps when determining what size you’d need.
