As you may or may not know, myself and a few girls from the LIY team ventured off to Savannah, GA last week to shoot our upcoming Gibson x LIY Spring Garden Party Line [launching April 23rd, exclusively at Nordstrom]! As we started prepping and planning for the outfits we were going to shoot, we started creating our all-star lineup of spring and summer accessories to pair with each of the outfits to help make the collection come to life! From sunglasses to handbags, clutches and hats – we’ve got you covered for all of the latest and greatest accessories for spring and summer!
Today I thought it would be fun to bring you that line-up of accessories that truly worked with 60+ outfits! The bucket shape is adorable while also very convenient for carrying all of your goods. When I spotted this cutie I knew it had to make the trip with us to Savannah and on my trip to Gulf Shores, AL! Nothing screams spring and summer more than this little bucket of happy.

Keeping the different shapes afloat, this Sole Society Palermo Canteen Faux Leather Circle Crossbody Bag is making me love circles more than I ever have before.

And that floral pattern? OH. MY. GOODNESS. You can pair this bag with any solid color top or bottoms and it’s sure to pop! Did somebody say Garden Party?!

Time to go on a little straw frenzy! I hope that the straw bag trend doesn’t go anywhere soon as it is super versatile! It’s a great take on adding a neutral bag that adds texture and fun to your outfit, specifically during the summer months. We purchased two for the photoshoot and it’s hard for me to pick a favorite! It’s also lined which is nice so that the inside doesn’t shed straw and keeps your lip gloss so fresh and so clean, clean.
Now, onto clutches. We all know that clutches are a perfect go-to for events! With our collection being event focused, taking a few clutches with us was key. I love to lighten the color palette for seasonal handbags and clutches so when we spotted this ivory Sole Society Adelina Faux Leather Ruffle Clutch we knew it would be a great option to pair with our pieces!

Nothing screams warm weather than a bright captivating white. This BP. Faux Leather Circle Clutch is the perfect shade of summer in my opinion! It is sure to stand against any outfit in the best way possible!

Now that we’ve talked about all things bags, let’s move upwards to hats & sunnies! Two easy accessories to throw on that can make a big difference!

If you love a structured hat, this is a great option for you. Hats can sometimes be overwhelming, this one isn’t.

Last but not least, sunnies! If you’re future is lookin’ bright, you may need to slip on one of these…
