  • 4 1/2 cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 cups Butter Softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 2 3.4 oz Boxes Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 cups Mini M&Ms or Sixlets

  1. Sift together Flour and Baking Soda. Set Aside.

  2. In a large bowl mix Butter, Brown Sugar, and White Sugar together. Beat in the Pudding until well blended.

  3. Stir in the Eggs and Vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture and stir until it is completely mixed.

  4. Stir in your choice of chocolate candy.

  5. If cutting into shapes: Spread the dough flat on a ungreased large cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 8-11 minutes. Allow the dough to cool completely before cutting into shapes.

If you are not making shapes: Drop cookies by the spoonfuls onto the cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 8-11 minutes.

  6. Cookies will remain soft for days (and weeks) when stored in covered containers. YUM!

While I work on cleaning up the drool that seems to be everywhere after looking at those pictures, you can head on over to this post for some Valentine’s outfit inspo!
