Flourish: A Night Out

Oh Thursday nights, you are quickly becoming one of my favorites. Last night I had the privilege of attending Flourish Boutique’s 5th Birthday Party slash fashion show slash open house slash girls night out with friends. Blogging may not offer health insurance but it certainly has its perks. Fashion shows just happens to be one of them. And let’s be honest…fashion shows > health insurance. Common sense though, we all know that. Flourish is a local boutique that also has a complete online store (which happens to house dresses like this one that I am dying over). The store is ador to the able. Also known as adorbs for all of you who prefer to use proper terminology. We’re talking chandeliers, striped walls, glittery floors, etc.

I thought about hiding in one of their closets for a night or two just so I could feel what it would be like to live in a place where no man has ANY say in the decor, but began sweating due to the masses of people so I opted not to. This time. People of Flourish: if you find a 5’4 brunette in the fetal position in one of your nooks and cranny’s any time soon, do not worry. She is just busy living the dream.
The event was so much fun complete with a live DJ, models upon models, clothes that had me whipping out my debit card, and of course..food. Here’s some more pictures from the event.

Special thanks to those ladies right above–Hillary, Vanessa, and Brianne for putting this whole thing together. It was such a fun night and I am so happy I was able to attend.
