Hello Q2. I can hardly believe we are well into 2026 friends! I don’t know about you, but Jan 1st came in and of course served up the same old “dreaded new year goal options” — Ones I usually say I’ll do, then a week later, not do them. But this year I decided to switch it up[I like to be wild from time to time ;)] I actually decided to act on my set goals and show up for myself daily in more ways than I ever have before. WOW! 3 months in and I can firmly say, I’ve never felt stronger in my mind and body. While I know my daily habits aren’t for everyone, I do hope that you walk away from my post today feeling encouraged and supported. Truly nothing I’m sharing today is ground-breaking, but I do have a few routines that are making my days more approachable and consistent.
To start, I want to share my 2026 Mantra with you to set the tone: “May I be safe, May I be happy, May I be healthy, May I live with ease.” Repeat that a few times, now we can read on 🙂
1. Reset
Oura Ring 4 [wearing in rose gold] // Nespresso Evoluo Coffee/Espresso Maker w Frother / Vintage Coffee Mugs
Grab your coffee, notebook and settle in to your favorite spot in your home. There is nothing I love more then to have a good brain dump. It’s a time to refocus on your wants. It’s a time to jot down some personal goals for your own journey. Reset yourself up for success! For me personally, I needed to retrain my mindset. I use to think of taking time to care for myself was selfish, or I would make a million excuses to not complete a goal I had. Retraining my mind to a positive approach on my goals and telling myself “I get to move my body, I get to fuel my body with good food” – rather than a “I have to” approach has been complete game-changer for me. Start small, maybe one thing – swap out the I have to, with a I get to. See? More approachable, right?! PS. Don’t forget to treat yourself from time to time! My simple pleasure is morning coffee from my beloved Nespresso Maker! Cheers friends, you got this!
2. Replenish

Now that you have your goals[that you are going to crush – by the way!!] Don’t forget about your fuel! Very important to replenish that body and mind with fresh fruits, veggies, protein and tons of water! I keep things pretty easy in the food department – for me it’s a full circle moment…. if I’m in the right mindset, working out and restoring my body – my body craves good eats. I have found that making some things for the week beforehand is very helpful for my days! I’ve been loving overnight oats that you simply make the night before, toss in the fridge and come next morning .. delicious! Lunches I have found making up a batch of Tuna or Chicken Salad to work with my schedule great! Do the best you can, find foods you love and keep them around the house. Make easy swaps – and don’t buy foods you can’t resist! Dang you Reese’s PB cups! Now that you’ve enjoyed your favorite high protein chicken salad, grabbed more water.. it’s time to pump it up!
3. Ready
Adjustable Weights / Oura Ring 4 [wearing in rose gold]
I recently turned 47 and my oh my has my body changed! One of my goals for this year is to be the strongest I’ve ever been. So for me, that was incorporating more strength into my days! Between walking M-F 10,000 steps on my walking pad[while working – I love multitasking!!!] and then doing a 30 minute strength class… I am so happy to shout “I’m the strongest I’ve been in a long time!” — It wasn’t easy in fact I could barley do a pushup in January! Fast forward I’m rocking out push ups and you should see this form 😉 it’s STRONG! Why does feeling strong, feel so good?! I’m a visual gal, so seeing areas in my body that I didn’t love before starting to tone up — is so dang motivating! Show up for yourself, take it one day at a time! IF you didn’t get to it today, tomorrow is a new day! You got this!
4. Recover & Restore
Sauna / Vionic Recovery Sandals // Primula Water Bottle // Oura Ring 4 [wearing in rose gold]
My favorite part of my day is here. Nothing beats having 20-30 minutes[heck I’ll take 10!] to yourself in complete solitary. Find yourself a quiet space, maybe it’s the closet, maybe it’s in the car – but allow yourself to just be. Recovery and restoring your body and mind is a very important piece to your everyday success! I love incorporating a guided meditation into my recovery. I also find this to be a nice time to just reflect. Check in with your heart. Check in with your body. Simply, check in on yourself. Let go of things that didn’t serve you today. Give yourself gratitude for showing up another day and pouring back into you.
5. Repeat
They say building new habits take an average of 66 days. If you want something to reoccur or if you want to see results — you have to simply repeat it! It’s very much like groundhog day around here haha, but it works for me! Some may find that boring, again – this is YOUR journey and no one else’s! Just know I’m here cheering you on daily, wishing you all the luck on your new journey! May you be safe, May you be happy, May you be healthy, May you live with ease. XO Jen
