About me! I’m 45 and apparently I recently started snoring. Now, I am storing about 15 extra lbs at the moment, and I’m certain it’s all around my neck making me snore – it has to be! I also have noticed waking up with some drool on my pillow… so 100% I’m breathing through this mouth! So now that I’ve painted this amazing visual haha, let’s tape this mouth shut already! If you’re looking for one to try, this is the one! Winning in all areas from comfort to ease of removing the next morning. The Skinny Confidential Mouth Tape was by far my favorite when I tested each one. I would highly suggest adding a thin layer of lip mask to your lips before placing the tape on. It just helps keep your lips from drying out and the tape sticking right on them. The tape itself goes right over your lips and I love the little slit. I slept like a big-o-mouth-shut-baby with this tape on. I can’t get over at how comfortable and natural it feels on! Truly, don’t sleep on this one friends! 10/10 I’m telling all my friends about it!

Now Now, I know what you’re thinking – where is the slit… will I die? No, No you will not! This mesh material allows you to still breathe[I promise!] I actually really enjoyed this full mouth tape brand, PureBreathe. I did use a little bit of lip mask before applying the tape horizontal[cover your entire mouth] – and it stayed in place all night long! I was sharing with the girls on the team, I felt safe with this tape. It’s hard to explain, but I’ll try….. It made me really focus on my nasal breathing which in turn slowed my breath down and made me feel less anxious and safe.. allowing me to fall asleep with ease and comfort.
