I can be a bit of a makeup junkie – foundation? Let’s slap on 3! Mascara? How about 7 layers? Lip Gloss? Let me dig through my pile. Needless to say, I’ve tried a lot of different products over the years, but there are a few consistent tried and true, always go back to, products that I can’t quit no matter how hard I try.

1. Tarte Shape Tape

I couldn’t live without this concealer [technically speaking, I could live, but I’d look like the walking dead who just got punched in the eyes]! It does such a great job of concealing all of my [many] sun spots, dark under eyes, pimples, and other imperfections, without looking or feeling too cakey!
2. Tarte Skin Treat Tinted Moisturizer
Tarte Skin Treat Tinted Moisturizer [I use in shade medium]
I’m telling you, this stuff is made from the clouds or something. It feels like air [super soft air] on your face and it rubs in so well. I love that it is a tinted moisturizer so it’s not thick and cakey like some foundations can be. Every time I run out of this, I can’t order more fast enough.
3. Dibs Beauty Contour/Blush Stick

I recently started using these DIBS Beauty products but I can’t get enough. This contour and blush stick is so easy to use [see a video of me using it here!] After applying, I use this blending brush to even it all out and then I top it off with this highlighter for a sunkissed glow! I can’t recommend these products enough!
4. Urban Decay Naked3 Mini Eye Color Palette

It’s amazing to me that I can do my entire eyes with this mini little palette, but it truly has all of the colors I use for everything! I start by using glassy on the entire lid and then I’ll mix stolen and right time a little bit to apply to the brow bone! I’ll then take spiced and line my bottom lashes to give a little eyeliner look without the harshness and top it all off with glassy on the inner corner of my lower lid to brighten the eye area!
5. L’oreal Lash Paradise Mascara
My tried and true mascara [that also happens to cost less than $10]! I’ve been using this for years and have tried several mascaras along the way — I always go back to this one! It coats well, lengthens and thickens and doesn’t flake all over the place!
