Now for the all-star of the show: GreenPan. Why I have not made the switch in my kitchen to all-things-GreenPan… I’ll never know. Equipment Needed: GreenPan Premiere Ceramic Nonstick Ovenware Square Baker
Loaded Breakfast Burrito Egg Bake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup egg Whites
- 1/4 tsp garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 oz frozen shredded hash browns
- 4 fully cooked chicken breakfast sausage links
- 4 oz can of diced green chiles
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375.

Whisk eggs, egg whites and spices together.

Add the shredded hash browns to your GreenPan Premiere Ceramic Nonstick Ovenware Square Baker Pan. Then add sliced breakfast links, diced red peppers and chilis. Pour the egg mixture overtop and evenly distribute. Top with sliced green onion.

Bake 30-40 minutes or until the center is set [cook time may vary as oven cook differently]

Allow to cool. Slice into 4 and store them in airtight container in the refrigerator.

Sausage, Sweet Potatoes & Brussel Sprouts Sheet Pan
Ingredients
- 1 12oz Aidells Smoked Chicken Sausage Links Spicy Mango with Jalapeno, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 lb small brussel sprouts, cut in half
- 1 medium size sweet potato, cut into 1/2 inch
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

On your GreenPan Rio Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 18" x 11" Double Burner Griddle Pan add cut sausages, brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes.

Drizzle olive oil and seasonings over the sausages and veggies.

Mix well until everything is well combines and coated.

Bake for 15 minutes. Stir and continue baking for an additional 12-15 minutes or until veggies are tender.

Remove from oven, allow to cool. Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator.

Equipment Needed: GreenPan X Bobby Flay Enameled Cast Iron 5.5-Quart Dutch Oven
Chicken Tortilla Soup
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 TBSP tomato paste
- 14.5 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 4 oz diced green chilis, canned
- 32 oz chicken stock
- 1 lb chicken breast, raw
- 1/2 TBSP cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions

Preheat your GreenPan X Bobby Flay Enameled Cast Iron 5.5-Quart Dutch Oven over medium heat.

Add olive oil to the pot and add in your chopped onions. Saute for 5 minutes.

Add in your minced garlic and saute for another 1-2 minutes.

Add in tomato paste and stir to combine.

Pour in the fire roasted tomatoes, diced green chilis, chicken stock. Stir. Add in all the seasonings and stir to combine.

Increase the heat to medium high and bring to a boil.

Add in your raw chicken breast to the boiling liquid. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes or until the internal temp of the chicken breast reaches 165F.

Once chicken is cooked, remove from pot and place aside. Shred with 2 forks

Return chicken to the pot and add in the juice of the lime & cilantro.

Serve with tortilla chips, and if you'd like – crunch some up and add to your soup! You can also top with sour cream, cheese and more cilantro if you'd like!

Store in airtight container and in the refrigerator!
