I’ll admit, this is another favorite type of date night. I don’t know where you live, but here in small-town Indiana, there are a couple of really great spots to go and take in all of the sights and scenes of Christmas cheer. All you need is a mug of something hot in your hands and your lover’s hand in your other and you’re set. Layers and really cute waterproof boots are the perfect answer on what to wear as you fa-la-la your way through the evening.

Last but not least, for the style of date night that is happening most often these days with a newborn in tow is this style of date night – the kind where 7 pm hits, we get into our comfiest cozies, and then take 45 minutes to decide which movie we may or may not watch while the other pops [and eats] an entire bag of popcorn in said decision time. It may not be the most thrilling of date nights, but any quality time will do.
