It’s a miracle! 😉 We FINALLY found a swimsuit that makes us feel like a million bucks. If you’ve been following along with LIY, you know we’re big fans of the Miraclesuit. Erin introduced us to the magic of a Miraclesuit several years ago and well, the rest is history. Today we’re sharing a few of our favorite styles on sizes 4-22! While they are an investment piece, they’re high quality and should last season after season! Plus, you can’t put a price on confidence. Feeling good in a swimsuit? Priceless!
If it’s your first time trying a Miraclesuit, here’s what you need to know. We recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes. They fit snug [almost like shapewear!] and hold everything in, in all the right places. Sizing starts at size 8 – which is what Erin typically wears as a size 6 or medium in other swimwear! Never fear, we included all of our sizing info below to help with any confusion. One more thing! If you don’t see your size available on their website, you might be able to find it at Nordstrom, Zappos, or even Amazon!

Erin [5’4″, Typically a size 6/Medium in Swimwear]
Swimsuit [Size up one! Their sizing starts at 8 which is what I am wearing here!]
As you’ll see below, I’ve purchased and worn several Miraclesuit swimsuits in my day — this one has to be my all-time favorite! I feel like all of their swimsuit does an amazing job of flattering your figure and creating a silhouette that you feel confident in! The twist on this and plunging neckline is sexy while the booty coverage is comfortable [no readjusting all of the time, thank goodness]!
Swimsuit [Size up one! Their sizing starts at 8 which is what I am wearing here!]
Another sexy yet conservative enough swimsuit! I love the zipper detail [don’t worry, it’s a faux zipper so your kiddos can’t pull down and leave you fully exposed ;)] Again, the ruching detail and compression gives the illusion of a smaller waist which is something I’ll never turn down!
Swimsuit [Size up one! Their sizing starts at 8 which is what I am wearing here!]
Swimsuit [I sized up to a 10 for pregnancy]
My newest Miraclesuit! I was curious to see how it would work with my new “growing a baby” body and I’m happy to report it works like a charm! It’s nice to still feel “put together” with a changing body!
Claire [5’5″, typically M/L or 8/10]
Swimsuit [Size up, wearing 12]
The fun floral print, the flattering tummy ruching, the chest support… this suit was an immediate YES! It is slightly on the cheekier side, so beware of that! It sucks you in [in all the right places!] and I felt comfortable and confident wearing this one! Size up one, or order two sizes to try! For reference, I’m 5’5″ 160 and typically wear a size 8/10 and sized up to a 12 here!
Lauren [5’6″, typically M/L or 8/10]
Scuba Coco One Piece Swimsuit [size up, wearing in 12]
This suit is SO different than anything I’ve had before – from the zipper to the scuba material to the higher price point! But different doesn’t mean bad! This is my first time trying Miraclesuit, and I was amazed by the suck-in power! Erin has had several, and swears by the quality for longevity, which validates the higher price point in my mind! For reference, I’m 5’5″ 160 and typically wear a size 8/10 and sized up to a 12 here!
Heather [6′, typically size small or 4]
Long Torso Avanti Bandeau One Piece Swimsuit [size up]
Heather here with my first Miraclesuit! This long torso suit is 5/5 stars for me! The torso length is great for my 6’ frame and I feel great in it! It’s a snug fit and I’m comfortable with the strapless top which has a built in underwire. It does come with straps that can be added as well. I would size up per the sizing recommendations as I’m wearing the 8L. I’ll be watching for more long torso styles from this brand!
Lisa [5’3″, typically size S/M or 6]
Avanti Bandeau Swimsuit [size up]
Mama can’t wait to get a tan! 💛 This suit sucks you in and all the right places. I love the form fitting feel of the fabric without feeling like a tube of toothpaste. I did have to size up and I’m wearing an 8 which typically I wear a 6 in jeans and smalls in dresses. (34/C bra.) The fabric is very forgiving and hugs all the right places. The underwire is not digging into my side boob and is very comfortable.
Skye [5’4″, typically size L or 12]
Network Azura One Piece Swimsuit [size up if in between]
I think it will come as no surprise that I’ve tried on, worn, owned, and loved MANY A SWIMSUIT in my LIY days! But none of them have come close to the holding power and structure of this baby. The magic fabric that “makes you appear 10 lbs lighter” also makes it a little difficult to get on, but once I was in it, I realized it was worth the effort! I love the mesh cutout and the nice, supportive straps. The coverage on the back is great as well. I would definitely feel comfortable and confident in this anywhere – nothings going to accidentally pop out of place or go where it shouldn’t! I give it 4.5/5 – only because it was a little struggle to squeeze into! Wearing in my true size (12).
Ashley [5’8″, typically size S/M or 4]
Precioso Temptation One Piece Swimsuit [size up]
I have been curious about the Miracle Suit for years so I’m happy to be checking it out! I ordered a size 6 (usually wear a 4/6 or S/M in everything). I feel that I could have sized up to an 8 comfortably as this one is a little snug while putting on. Once in, it feels pretty great. I was skeptical because I haven’t worn a one piece suit in about 30 years 😂 so it took some getting used to. I have to say, I love this suit and how it creates an hourglass waist for me since I’m lacking in curves & have a muscular build. To be 100% honest, the only negative mark I can mention is the I wish it offered a boost to the chest area…the underwire is great but being a member of the IBTC, a little padding would make the suit perfect for me. I can see my self swapping out my bikinis a few times year for this beauty! •••Ashley! 5’8” 155lbs
Sthefany‘s Miraclesuit [5’2″, typically size L/XL or 12]
Goddess One Piece Swimsuit [true to size]
Hey LIY, Sthefany here! Let me tell ya, this Miraclesuit swimsuit has got me feeling like a million bucks with its flattering fit and stunning style. The way it hugs my curves just right while still providing that extra bit of support is pure magic 👙
For size reference, I ordered a size 12 and 14 to ensure the perfect fit. I would say if you are in between a size, you can size down!
Debbie [5’5″, size small or 4]
Scuba Coco One Piece Swimsuit [size up at least 2]
This is my first time trying a Miraclesuit. I usually wear a size 4 but had to size up to a size 10. I think it’s because the fabric really hugs you. It feels like very good quality but I just don’t like the suit on me. For reference I’m 5’5” 135 lbs.
Aundrea [5’11”, size 2X or 20]
Plus Size Illusionists Palma One Piece Swimsuit [true to size]
I love this suit! Super flattering and runs pretty true to size! Gives a little sexy, without too much skin showing! 😉 Wearing size 22.
Allison [6′, size medium or 10]
Rock Solid Madrid Bandeau One Piece Swimsuit [size up]
Allison here! I brought this miraclesuit with me on our vacation and loved the length for my 6 foot frame, loved the compression, and loved the chest support, but after wearing it for just a few hours, the inside “hook” tore, and I had to put both straps onto one side. The suit is great though, but sadly will be returning due to the inside hook tearing 😢
