Lisa here with a beauty tip that I have carried with me into my adult life that was shared with me in my teens. Your eyebrows are not twins, they are siblings. Through my 90s phase of over plucking, my eyebrows have seen a lot of styles through the years! I have been using this brow pencil that was gifted to me by my dear friend. (Thanks Dar!) I still am learning the art of eyebrow definition, but have come a long way. This pencil has been such a great tool to have in my make up kit. Any tips for a great eyebrow?
