It’s the BEST time of year 🍂 You can find me sipping warm coffee, visiting a pumpkin patch, baking bread on a Sunday morning, and watching scary movies all October long! Between all of the outdoor activities and Halloween movie night marathons, I always reach for what I call my “fall uniform”… I like to think of it like a math equation: Straight leg denim + oversized sweaters + chunky scarves + Chelsea boots = the perfect outfit for every fall function! For those cozy nights in, just simply swap those jeans for comfy leggings and you’re set! And trust me the fall uniform, it is just as cute as it is comfortable!

This line of Madewell denim is actually an all time fave. They have the vintage look to them without being rigid! I actually typically size down one whole size because they are so stretchy and roomy! I remember the days of wearing skinny tight jeans and I am glad to say that they are behind me! 🤣 And can we take a moment to talk about these Chelsea boots? I typically have wide feet and ankles [haha, I know it sounds weird but it can sometimes be an actual struggle] and these boots are SO comfortable. Plus you can not beat the price… under $70 for genuine leather booties!
I have also been seeing these big chunky scarves storm the internet! I was so into those infinity scarves back in high school and college but I am loving this switch up. I loved all of the color options, but these jewel tones really gave me that autumn feeling!
For those cozy nights in, you know I am reaching for my leggings and comfy sweaters! When it comes to athleisure and athletic-wear, one of my go-to brands is 90 Degree by Reflex. It’s comfortable, affordable, and holds up well over time and washes!
