Living in Yellow X Life in Lilac Draw Me In
The world was our oyster, and we ended up with this scent! After giving a list of scents I like, testing dozens of samples, and then trying some more – we landed on this perfect combination of feminine and masculine! Every time I smelled it, on everyone who tested it, it kept drawing me in and I couldn’t get enough!

Jo Malone Silver Birch & Lavender
I am a big Jo Malone fan [my go-to is often the wood sage & sea salt] so when I saw this Nordstrom-exclusive scent be released last year that had lavender in the title, I knew I had to try it. I will admit I don’t notice the lavender so much in the scent as I expected to, however, I do get a strong woodsy scent thanks to the silver birch. It is more on the masculine side, so if you prefer more feminine scents, this may not be the one for you!

Feminine, floral scent with Patchouli and Vanilla notes to give it depth and a slightly richer smell. This gives the scent a rough, rich but feminine and luxurious smell.

Note: I’m someone who prefers warm, muskier, woody scents, so if you prefer floral, this might not be the one for you! It’s light, fresh, and has a mix of bergamot, fig and bay leaves, cedarwood, vetiver and musk. Basically, all of my favorite scents in one! It’s described as “citrus, rich, soft, fresh and sensuous”!

A few years ago a girlfriend of mine was walking in front of me and I HAD to know what perfume she was wearing. None other than Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt. It smelled fresh and clean with a hint of masculinity to it! It was probably a bit creepy how often I was smelling her, ha! Now several years later, I’m wearing it every day and still loving it each and every time I put it on! If you don’t love floral scents and love a bit of masculinity, this one is for you!
