St. Pat’s Parfait
An easy, throw-together dessert made with pantry ingredients!
- 1 Box Brownie Mix + Ingredients Prepared, Baked and Cooled
- 3.9 Oz Instant Cookies & Cream Pudding Mix + Milk Small Box
- 3.9 Oz Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix + Milk Small Box
- 8 Oz Container Cool Whip
- 1 Bag Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips
- Green Food Coloring If Desired
Prepare Brownies. Once cooled, cut Brownies into approximately 1 inch squares.
Prepare Cookies & Cream Pudding. Add green food coloring while mixing until desired color is achieved. Set in refrigerator following box instructions.
Prepare Chocolate Pudding. Set in refrigerator following box instructions.
Once set, add half of the prepared chocolate pudding to a separate bowl. Mix with half of the Cool Whip to make Pudding Whip.
In individual serving cups, layer Brownies, Andes Baking Chips, Pudding Whip, Cookies & Cream Pudding and Chocolate Pudding. Top with Cool Whip and Andes Mints.
Can be prepared and stored in refrigerator overnight.
