Sorel Kinetic Conquest Waterproof Boot [true to size]
I had no idea what I would think about these Sorel Kinetic Boots when I first tried them – do they look like I’m about to walk across the moon? Am I cool enough to wear these? And then I let my feet settle into them and I knew instantly I wasn’t going to return them. When you find a waterproof boot that you can wear all winter that are this comfortable, well, it’s a no brainer. They have great tread on the bottom for snow and ice and are all sorts of warm for winter wear. The only problem? They are nearly impossible to find in stock – my favorite places to check: EVEREVE, Sorel, Backcountry, and Zappos!
New Balance 996 Sneaker [true to size]
It’s amazing to me just how lightweight these sneakers are. You put them on and then double check that you *actually* put them on. I love how comfortable they are for all day wear and well this color combo, you can’t beat it. If cute sneakers are your thing, I highly recommend giving these a try.
Mia Sock Booties [true to size]
I can’t stop wearing these. Now that straight leg, girlfriend, boyfriend, and well, any jeans other than skinny jeans are making such a statement right now, these booties have been a lifesaver when it comes to styling said jeans. I typically let any looser fitting jean hang over the bootie and if I am wearing a skinny [or legging] I wear the bootie on the outside over the pants. They are SO comfortable [no but truly, you gotta believe me here] and look so cute styled in so many ways! Bonus: they are under $50!
Fireside by Dearforms Slippers [true to size]
It wouldn’t be a winter shoe roundup without including my dearly beloved slippers. I got these from Nordstrom Rack this year and have been super impressed. Not only are they all sorts of warm and cozy, but the sole has a thick padding making days at home on your feet anything but uncomfortable. Get this girl a fire, she’s ready to snuggle up.

Sorel Joan Of Arctic Wedge III Lexie Bootie [TTS or Size up .5 for thicker socks]
I will forever be a Sorel shopper for as long as I live in a snowy climate! They have cute sneakers too, I just haven’t tried them yet. I buy their boots time and time again because of their thick treads, making me feel safe and secure walking around regardless of if the sidewalks and parking lots are cleared, and the styles are so versatile so I know I can wear them with almost everything I wear this time of year. I’ve worn them to shovel the driveway multiple times because I hop out of the car when I get home and know I’ll have good traction to just get the job done with the boots already on my feet. Bonus – because the shoes are not fur lined, I get a lot of use out of them during the months where I’m ready to dress for Fall, but the weather isn’t cooperating. I throw on some thicker socks when the temps are in the teens and I’m good for almost half the year with these boots!
Sorel Joan of Arctic Wedge III Chelsea Bootie [TTS or Size up .5 for thicker socks]
I feel like my love for all things Sorel has been made clear (scroll up and read my love letter to my Sorel Joan Of Arctic Wedge III Lexie Bootie if you don’t know what I’m talking about), so let me just say this – what I love about these booties that wasn’t already mentioned about Sorel in general, is that they slip right on for quick exits taking my kids to school in the morning. I can’t be the only mom that tells her kids to put their shoes on 3 times before she realizes she hasn’t put her own on yet, right?!
New Balance sneaks have been my go-to for several years now because they create such cute designs and offer great foot support for all day errand running, trips to the zoo, volunteering in the school concession stand, etc. Can you guess my favorite feature of these? If you guessed my same reasoning as above for loving the Sorel Chelsea Bootie – that I can slip them on quick before my kids notice I haven’t put my shoes on yet but have been telling them to do so – you’d be correct! I double knotted these when I got them and have been slipping them on thanks to the sock-like material on the top ever since!
Claire’s Most Worn Winter Shoes
These slippers are without a doubt my most-worn “shoe” this winter – and all year round! Working from home, I wear these all day, every single day. They are a most affordable style of Ugg slippers and have held up great! I will say if you get the white pair like me, beware of red wine spills and muddy dog paws. 😉
I purchased these sneakers back in August and have worn them for almost every errand since! I love that they’re not overly athletic looking and pair perfectly with casual outfits! If they get scuffed, I just clean them with a magic eraser and they’re good as new!

Blundstone Chelsea Boots [Size up if in between]
My most worn boots this winter so far! You can truly do anything in these babies! They are durable and comfortable and I personally love the look of them… just give them a chance! My husband also has two pairs of them and wears them all throughout the year! They run slightly snug, but they mold to your feet the more you wear them! I can’t recommend them enough!
Lauren’s Most Worn Winter Shoe
Sorel Cate Lace Bootie [size up .5, color is Velvet Tan]
I bought these booties this fall as soon as I saw them available in this Velvet Tan color. They’re waterproof and have a thin moto bootie style to them, without being too chunky, which I love! The brown works with both browns and blacks [another win], and did I mention waterproof?! I will say, if you’re going to be in the snow these are not warm enough and you should stick to an actual snow boot like these, but for mild winter days and for fall and spring, these are great!
I bought these shoes a year and a half ago and they’re still one of my most worn sneakers in the fall and winter! Leopard is my favorite neutral, so you know these are the perfect shoe for so many of my ouftits! Plus, they’re crazy comfortable!
Katy’s Most Worn Winter Shoe
Time And Tru Women’s Mini Suede Boots [size down]
These look similar to UGGs, keep my feet warm and are under $20? YES PLEASE. I haven’t stopped wearing these since I purchased! (Dog hair not included LOL)
Snow Boots [true to size]:
My go-to snow boots! Slip these babies on and enjoy the winter wonderland. They are warm on the inside, but I would layer up with thick socks on super chilly days. No issues with leaking here!
Sherpa Hiker Boots [size down .5]
I love hiking, but these are hiking boots that you may not ACTUALLY go hiking in 😂 I’ve been seeing hiking boots with a slight wedge or heel for Winter and am loving the trend – it was time for me to jump on it and I’m not disappointed!
Minnetonka Slipper [size up if in between]
These slippers are perfection! I love the fact that you can lounge in them or take the trash out. They have a sturdy sole, so you don’t feel like you’re messing up your house shoes if you have to wear them outside! If you have Plantar fasciitis these would be ideal for wearing around the house. They are slightly snug so I would go up if you’re in between!
