Sayonara groutfit, see ya never. Okay, that was a lie. If I’m being honest with myself, I’ll be rockin’ the classic grey-on-grey outfit in the very near future [i.e. tonight]. But that’s neither here nor there. After spending LOTS of time safely at home the past few months, loungewear has made itself more comfortable in my wardrobe than ever before. Just how many ways can you really style a pair of grey sweatpants? Answer. Hint: it’s a lot. Today we’re stepping up our groutfit game and sharing a few simple ways to elevate your loungewear looks. I’m talking “throw on a cool jacket and sneakers” easy. So slip into your sweats and let’s get comfortable, shall we?

On the Go

Wrap [size down if in between, wearing Bright White] // Tank [TTS] // Joggers [size up if in between, wearing in 4 regular]

First up is an outfit that can take you from the sofa to the supermarket. Ever find a pair of sweats so comfortable you don’t want to take them off? Good news, you don’t have to. Lounge until you can’t lounge any longer, then run the errands you’ve probably been putting off without feeling like a complete ragamuffin.

Effortless Chic

Satin Bomber Jacket // Downtown Cami [size down if in between] // Joggers [size down if in between, wearing in small] // Sneakers [true to size]

There’s just something about a bomber jacket that instantly makes a girl feel cool. Make it a satin bomber jacket? Forget about it. One bad mama jama is in the house. I’ve been turning to this one for quite awhile now and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how easily it can be dressed up or dressed down. Elevating an Outfit 101: add a jacket and fun sneakers.

Cool & Casual

Jean Jacket [size up if in between, wearing size small] // Island Time Tee // Cropped Jogger Pants // Shoreline Sneakers [TTS]

No, unfortunately I’m not on island time, but a girl can dream right? For now, I’m sticking to an island state of mind. Anywho, I get it. Cropped anything can be a little intimidating; however, I’m here to assure you that you can COMFORTABLY rock any trend you have your heart set on. Comfort zones are made to be busted out of. Just ask me and my cropped sweats. We’re getting along just fine and you too, can join the party. Beverage not included.
