I recently rewatched ‘The Wizard of Oz’ [which inspired the graphic above] and it is every bit as magical as I recall! [Except for the scene with the horse of a different color — what I remembered as a scene of one horse wondrously transforming colors before my very eyes is really just separate shots of 4 different horses dyed with various colors of jello. Have you guys seen this recently? It totally bursted my bubble! Some movies change so much when you see them again as an adult.]

BEDDING

Marimekko Jurmo Comforter & Sham Set  : I am going to be honest, I am super picky when it comes to comforters. My bed is covered with a simple white quilt because I am a little afraid of pattern! This comforter has a lot going on in the pattern department, but the monochrome grey color scheme tones it down to just the perfect level of eye catching.
Jill Rosenwald Capri Stripe Duvet Cover  : This seaside aqua color is so pretty and serene! I painted my dining room in our first house this color and loved it so much that suddenly I could not stop buying decorative pillows, candles and everything imaginable in aqua! The simple stripe adds some interest without being overwhelming. It would be the perfect master suite or guest room duvet! And did I mention the king size is under $90? Can’t beat that price!
Dwellstudio Mercer Velvet Quilt : Velvet is so in this fall! Whether it be for clothing or for home decor, I am ready to jump on the velvet bandwagon! And it’s such a rich and luxurious fabric, it would likely set the mood for a romantic evening in, if you know what I mean!
Dwellstudio ‘Draper Stripe’ Duvet Cover   : Grey and yellow is such a cute color combo! I am definitely a fan! The mustardy [Is that word?] yellow trim is such a warm shade of yellow which is perfect for fall.

THROWS

Barefoot Dreams CozyChic Heathered Throw Blanket : Have you guys touched anything from Barefoot Dreams? If you haven’t yet had this life-altering experience, let me suggest that you order this, and fast! And if you’ve already felt Barefoot Dreams fabric, I know I don’t have to convince you about this blanket. You probably already own everything they make and bundle yourself in a cocoon of it every day in the fall and winter — or maybe that’s just me. 
Nordstrom At Home Cable Knit Tassel Throw Blanket : In my eyes, there is nothing that looks cozier than a cable knit! As soon as I saw this I was sold! Plus, it’s aqua and you all know my affinity for that color!
Nordstrom At Home Fox Faux Fur Throw Blanket  : How do you all feel about the faux fur trend? I don’t think I could be more on board! This faux fur throw would add texture and warmth to any room. Maybe I’m thinking way too far ahead seeing as it’s still July, but when I see this blanket I keep thinking of my plan to decorate with faux fur and plaid this Christmas! Happy Holidays, ya’ll! 
Zestt Charles Throw Blanket  : This throw is cute, don’t you think? I am digging the herringbone pattern. It comes in black and white as well as the grey and white pictured above. [Ps. can you tell I love grey? I mean, only 3/4 of the throws I chose to feature are grey…but hey, who’s counting?]

RUGS

Jaipur Antique Collector Rug : Antique rugs are all the rage right now, but I have been a little skeptical about that trend….until I saw this rug! The colors are subdued and beautiful, I am all about the old-world vibes this rug is throwing out.
Rizzy Home Serenity Hand Tufted Wool Area Rug  : Classic, simple and yet unique is how I would describe this rug. The color would brighten any space, but think of the beautiful contrast it would have against dark hardwood floors! GORGEOUS!
Surya Home Tessera Global Rug  : This rug screams fun! I love how happy and colorful it is without being too in-your-face vibrant. Add this rug to a room that needs a little pizzaz — it would make a great focal point!
Villa Home Collection Knobby Loop Handwoven Rug : If you are into the Fixer Upper / Modern Farmhouse look, this is the rug for you! You just can’t go wrong with a jute rug! It adds texture while maintaining a neutral color scheme. Maybe I’m boring but this is probably my favorite rug from the sale!

 

THROW PILLOWS

Deny Designs ‘Social Proper Ascot’ Pillow : Cute pattern, cute color. This throw pillow would coordinate well with so many decorating styles — nautical, modern, eclectic, and more!
Rizzy Home Metallic Lines Accent Pillow  : Love the metallic gold lines on this! It is not at all lacking in flair, yet still stays inside the confines of a neutral color scheme if you’re into that sort of thing [which I totally am].
Nordstrom At Home Faux Fur Accent Pillow : This faux fur pillow reminds me of a cute little baby deer and it has all the fall vibes I am looking for!
Mina Victory Pom Pom Pillow  : The woven texture on this pillow is so unique, I had to include it in this round-up! It comes in this pretty aqua [shown above], as well as Mulberry [which would be gorgeous for fall] and Rose.
Nordstrom At Home Ticking Border Accent Pillow : I love that you can buy a new throw pillow and suddenly you have a whole new look in the room for minimal cost. It’s definitely an easy way to add a new pop of color. And this pretty yellow is definitely that – a POP of color to add interest and flair to your living room or bedroom. If yellow is not your jam, this pillow also comes in 4 other colors, so make sure to check them out!
Nordstrom At Home Basket Weave Accent Pillow : This pillow may be simple, but it is far from plain! The woven texture gives it an unbelievably cozy look and feel. It reminds me of the comfiest sweater and I just want to cuddle up with it all winter long!
Lala + Bash ‘Elodie Pom’ Pillow : How fun is this pillow? The pom trim is cute, and it comes in Bright Teal as well as Storm Grey. Plus it’s only $25! Sold!
Deny Designs ‘At Midnight’ Pillow : I absolutely LOVE the watercolor look! It’s artsy, fun and unique — this pillow could not get any cuter as far as I am concerned! 

SHOWER CURTAINS

Kensie ‘Caitlin’ Shower Curtain : As women, we spend a lot of time in the bathroom — showering, doing our hair, perfecting our make-up, and so on. This pretty shower curtain is one way to brighten your life for that hour of your day.
Dkny Parson Stripe Shower Curtain : This classic striped shower curtain comes in Vermillion [pictured above], Blue Aire and Silver. It’s so cute you might just spend the time doing that extra lather they suggest on the shampoo bottle [Do people really lather, rinse AND repeat? I always tap out after round one!]
Dkny High Rise Shower Curtain : Clean and simple is how I would describe this shower curtain. It comes in grey and white, or black and white and would freshen up the look in the bathroom. [Ps. Where can I get one of these beautiful clawfoot tubs? The only place in my house it would fit would probably be my living room, but it might still be worth it!]
Destinations Miami Leaf Shower Curtain : Any chance I get to shower in the jungle, I take it. Well, I’ve never actually had that opportunity, but it sounds pretty cool! This shower curtain is the next best thing to showering in the Amazon — or upon further thought, it’s even better since there would be no bugs.

BATH MATS & TOWELS

Nordstrom At Home Hydrocotton Bath Mat  : Sink your toes into this plush bathmat after a hot and steamy shower! It comes in my favorite aqua color, as well as grey and white!
Nordstrom At Home Diamond Tufted Bath Rug : Umm…Yes please! I everything about this bath mat — I couldn’t pick pattern and colors if I designed it myself! [By the way, if you read the product description of this rug on Nordstrom’s website, you learn that it is made out of “thirsty cotton”…I never thought of a bathmat as thirsty, but hey I guess you learn something new everyday. Click the link and see for yourself!]
Nordstrom At Home Hydrocotton Bath Towel : We don’t call this blog Living in Yellow for nothing! Yellow is such a happy color — so why not add a little sunshine to your morning routine!
Nordstrom At Home Hydrocotton Bath Towel : So this is the same towel as the yellow one, but I thought this color was so pretty it deserved to be featured again! This “thirsty” towel comes in 18 colors, so there’s something for everyone!

ENTERTAINING

Zestt Sculptured Porcelain Dishware  : What do you know, I found more aqua items! The color is pretty, but so is the subtle texture! These would make for a great dinner party table setting, or the prettiest everyday dishes!
Cathy’s Concepts State Slate Serving Tray : Did you guys see the birthday party Erin and the other LIY girls threw me? [Check it out here] If so, you know one of the biggest loves of my life is cheese! This slate tray makes for the perfect cheese board, and it would make a great gift! Most states available!
Picnic Time Craft Beer Flight Holder  : This flight holder is PERFECT for hosting a Craft Beer Tasting Party! Thanks for the party idea, Nordstrom — I can now check “Plan Hubby’s Next Birthday” off my list. Done & done!
American Atelier Linen Set Of 4 Stemless Wine Glasses  : Love, love, LOVE these wine glasses! They are just so pretty! I love the Copper [pictured above] but they also come in Gold if that’s more your taste!

ENTERTAINING [PART 2]

American Atelier 2.5-Gallon Beverage Dispenser : The angled top and the oversized cork give this drink dispenser a striking look. And I am already dreaming of the Mai Tais I would mix up inside this thing!
Slant Collections Set Of 2 Stemless Wine Glasses : These witty wine glasses are fun, we might just need them at the office! Cheers!
Thirstystone Round Extra Large Marble & Acacia Wood Serving Board :  This serving board is oh-so-pretty! I am in love with Acacia wood and marble! Can’t you just picture this tray topped with fancy cheeses? Yumm…
Thirstystone Marble & Wood Cake Stand With Copper Base : One thing you should know about me, I don’t know how to bake to save my life. But I think this stand would still look pretty with a store bought cake on top!
