2. I have neglected to formally introduce you to my new nephew which is quite a shame because he really is a cute little dude AND he agreed to watch the bachelor finale with me this past Monday so major brownie points for that kid. He also has hair like you wouldn’t believe which somewhat fills my fantasy of having a monkey so that’s fun too. Goochie goo baby boo. Everybody say “hiiiiiiiiii Corban!” [I think he’s saying it back to you as we speak].
3. I just remembered it’s St. Patrick’s Day. When I loaded my TimeHop app the other day it showed me that 7 years ago I had asked on Facebook “Does anybody know of anything fun going on tonight for St Patrick’s Day?” When I read that I cringed and thought “ewwww – why did I want to to go out then? That sounds awful!” Basically I’m insanely old and lame now. My plans tonight consist of eating ice cream cake with my family and then watching basketball in my pajamas. Maybe I’ll put green food coloring in my chamomile tea or something if I decide to get real festive.
Now, for the exciting part of today’s post. If you’ve been around this blogging thing for a length of time you may remember the term “link-up party” which yeah, I hardly remembered either. When three of my favorite ladies reached out to me and asked if I wanted to join them today for their Three Things Thursday post while inviting all of you to join in too I was of course “yesssssssssssssssssssssss” so here we are.
