#LIYONADIME – Miss Chic Style

February 19, 2016

By:

Erin Schrader

I’m back again for another round of #LIYonadime after raiding miss chic’s shop recently. There are some definite advantages and disadvantages of having your best friend own a clothing boutique. The advantages are that I get to see all of the new merchandise, the disadvantages are that I then want to buy all of the new merchandise. The only saving grace is that is that miss chic is full of affordable everyday fashion that people like you and me don’t have to draw from our retirement plan just to look cute. Always a plus.
To celebrate these pieces I’m featuring today and all of the other great apparel and jewelry for sale, miss chic is offering FREE shipping on EVERYTHING through the weekend. I can down with that. Lets jump into my current favorites shall we.
Side note :: it’s our last morning in California and I’m laying here in bed listening to the waves roll in off the ocean trying not to bawl my eyes out that it’s almost all over. It’s going to be a very, very emotional day. Drink please.
shirt [wearing a small] // pants // heels
I knew I had to have this baby when I laid my eyes on it. I love the flowy floral look and the fabric is so soft and comfortable. I wore this pretty little thing last night here in Cali [the proof is on Instagram and Facebook] and received several compliments. Fortunately nobody tried to pick any flowers from my stomach but I would have let them try. A few other similar favorites can be found here and here if coral is more your thing.
This tassel necklace is super cute and goes with basically anything so I threw it on with this top because it goes with everything remember?
dress [wearing a small] // hat // booties [similar here and here]

As soon as I laid my eyes on this boho beauty I knew I needed to have it. I also wore this in California this week out to dinner with a denim jacket. Here’s the thing – it’s technically labeled a “tunic” so you can pair it with leggings, jeans, black pants, etc but I like to flirt with pulling things off pant-less so no pants it was! Super cute with booties or sandals. My lady parts never came out on display while wearing this so success! I need to buy tickets for more country concerts now just to wear this thing.

3. Mimosa Tee

tee // i’m in a medium

This tee was pretty much a no brainer when I saw it – mimosas? I’m a fan and supporter. Not to mention it’s so super soft and perfect for Saturday or Sunday brunch. Other similar cheeky and cute tees are this xoxo and no alarm tops so be sure to check em’ out.

And that completes today’s #LIYonadime installment. What’s your favorite look from above? Remember to take advantage of that free shipping offer now through Sunday night! The next time you hear from me I’ll be curled up in the fetal position crying on my couch in Indiana.
