A new year and a new round of Love, Yellow is upon us. First off, thanks to all of you who participated in the survey last month concerning Love, Yellow – your input was appreciated and we loved reading through the suggestions. While we aren’t making any major changes for the time being [because yaaaaay – you like it as is], it’s always good to check in and get honest feedback about what you think, so thank you.

Now, onward to the more important issues at hand…the clothes (!!!!!!!!) The theme we were going for in January was basics + bling so to speak. I always love this combination as you can make it as dressy or as casual as you want. For the top I decided on this heathered grey sweater [which holy cow is the softest shirt I have ever owned and I am not just saying that] and then combined it with a fabulous statement necklace.

I think the sweater and necklace stand alone great or would also be cute paired with a puffy vest or something fun like that. It’s simple, it’s classy, and it’s comfortable  – mama like.
