That Time I Kept Everything In My Stitch Fix Box

It’s been made pretty clear how I feel about Stitch Fix around here. Pretty freaking fantastic if you weren’t 100% sure. I received fix number 28 the other day [yes, it’s true…that’s what happens when you have been receiving them monthly for almost two years] and for the first time in the history of all my fixes, I finally kept all 5 items. My standard keep rate is typically between 2-3 pieces per fix. For those of you who have tried Stitch Fix [or want to give it a whirl right now] I have two pieces of advice for striking fix gold. The first piece of advice is to be as detailed as possible for your stylist in the notes when scheduling your fix. If there is an item of clothing that I know I could use [ie: winter coat] I will ask for one. If I want a top with some fun detail [ie: a baseball tee with sequin sleeves] I will ask for it. They may not always be able to grant my request but they will sure as heck try. The second piece of advice is to update your fashion board on Pinterest as soon as you schedule your fix with current looks you are loving. It has also helped a ton for me to pin other blogger’s Stitch Fix items so that the stylist knows exactly which item I would want.

All of that to say, here are the five items that I kept in my most recent fix. Feel free to pin any that you hope your stylist includes in your next box. Also, if you have any questions on how Stitch Fix works feel free to ask questions in the comments below and I will answer them there!

Real quick, it should be noted that whenever I post about Stitch Fix it is not a sponsored post, it is just my personal obsession I choose to share with you all. However, if you sign up with Stitch Fix using a link within my post, I do receive credit towards merchandise which you can then receive in return if your friends/family sign up from you. And so there we have it. Lets begin.

1. Sequin baseball tee — otherwise known as what shirts will look like in Heaven. I hope.

2. This time around I asked for cold weather pieces — I love this cardigan with the button detail.

3. Speaking of cold weather items, I did mention that I would love a coat for Winter and BAM. This baby is the warmest, softest coat I have ever owned.

4. I love simple shirts with added pizzazz. I just wore this LBS to dinner the other night and loved it.

 5. Last but not least, I let my stylist know that I was looking for a cute sweatshirt type of deal that I could wear out and about and this is what I got. I can’t seem to want to take this one off.

And that concludes fix number 28. Come back for number 29 in approximately 17 days…not that I’m counting down or anything.
