I realize that it’s been a little while since I have revealed another set of before and afters on the home remodeling front, and while I would love to say that it’s because I have been busily working away on getting it completed, it’s really quite the opposite. You see, Daylight Savings and I have always had this unspoken deal that once it arrives, I obey it’s demands of doing nothing past 5 pm. And so I don’t do anything except watch movies like Knocked Up, 27 Dresses, and Sleepless in Seattle while eating key lime pie ice cream with a side of peppermint tea. It’s quite magical really, however I just noticed an hour or so ago that my butt is getting significantly flatter and resembles that of the mom jean look, so I’m kinda thinking something needs to happen. I’ll let you know when I find a solution. In the meantime, I thought I would share a small glimpse of what is becoming my office. I am only showing one half of the room because the other half is still waiting for some TLC from yours truly.

I am loving this space of mine with pops of color spread randomly throughout. I have always been a fan of fun pieces and I love that I have this space to house all of them [something about my husband not wanting a giant gold heart in our living room, I don’t know].
Once I have the entire office completely finished I will be back for more and will share all of the details on paint colors, fixtures, preferred wine drank while working, and all that good stuff.
