Li'l Cheddar Meat Loaves

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg large
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Quick-Cooking Oats
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Prepared Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Stir in the cheese, oats, onion and salt.

  3. Crumble beef over the mixture and mix well. Shape into 8 loaves; place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish

  4. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard; spoon over loaves.

  5. Bake, uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
