English Muffin Pizzas

Ingredients

  • English Muffins, sliced in half
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pizza toppings [pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, etc]

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Bake plain english muffin halves for 4 minutes Remove english muffins from oven.

  3. Top english muffins with pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings to your liking.

  4. Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Enjoy!
