Energy Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl

  2. Roll dough into 24 balls - drop onto parchment paper and refrigerate or freeze for an hour

  3. Store in your preferred container in the refrigerator and enjoy!
