Seperate ground beef into 6 1/3 cups
Get griddle hot and add oil to heat up
Add burgers to the griddle and immediately smash them!
When the meat is browned, scrape and flip to brown the other side
Add cheese [optional]
Optional: brown buns in the juice from burgers on the griddle with a little butter
