Avocado Hummus Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla I use the low carb
  • shredded chicken 1/4 - 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 avacado
  • cucumber slices
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp feta
  • 2-3 tbsp hummus
  • 1-2 tbsp bell pepper diced
  • lemon juice to taste

Instructions

  1. toast the tortilla in a pan on low/medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side

  2. spread hummus and avocado on tortilla

  3. add chickeen, veggies, and seasonings

  4. wrap it all up and enjoy!
