Atlantis Bahamas Watermelon Salad
One of my all-time favorite salads from Atlantis Bahamas. I immediately took a photo of the menu to re-create at home!
Ingredients
- Fresh Greens [I used a bag of Spring Mix]
- Fresh Watermelon, cubed
- Sweet Peas, about a handful
- Fresh Radish, thinly sliced
- Feta
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions

Plate all ingredients and top with salt & pepper. Pairs well with brown sugar vinaigrette. Enjoy!
