Ingredients

  • Frozen super smoothie from Costco [or frozen blueberries if I'm out]
  • Chia Seeds
  • PB2 Powder
  • Collagen
  • Fresh Banana
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Coconut Milk

Recipe Notes

I eyeball this recipe every time I make it because I use the same cup (the single serve cups that come with my blender)! Usually I will fill the cup halfway up with frozen fruit to start, but feel free to make this your own and adjust to your liking!
