  • 1 tbsp Hemp, Chia, or Flax Seeds
  • 1 scoop Collagen Powder
  • 1-2 scoops Protein Powder
  • 1 scoop Naked Greens Powder
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
