Chicken Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Great Northern Beans, Drained
  • 1 Can Black Beans, Drained
  • 1 Can Chili Beans I prefer Brooks
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • 1 Can Corn, Drained
  • 3 C Chicken Broth
  • 2 C Milk Can sub a mix of milk and heavy cream if desired
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 2 1/2 hours.

  2. Serve with toppings of your choice! Ideas: Sliced Avocado, Tortilla Chips, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
