Chicken Vegetable Broth Soup

Ingredients

  • 2.5 Liters Water
  • 1 Whole Peeled onion
  • 2-3 Celery stalks
  • 3-4 Carrots
  • 4 Whole Peeled garlic cloves
  • Salt + Garlic salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add whole peeled veggies and salt to water

  2. Boil for 45 minutes or until tender

  3. Add vegetables and some of the broth to blender. Blend until smooth

  4. Add mixture back into soup

  5. Add cooked chicken

  6. Serve over boiled orzo with grated parmesan cheese
