Ingredients
- Fresh Greens [I used a bag of Spring Mix]
- Fresh Peach, diced
- Burrata Cheese
- Fresh Basil, finely chopped
- Salt & Pepper
- Tomato, diced
- Red Onion [optional]

Plate all the ingredients and top with salt & pepper! Pairs well with balsamic vinaigrette. Enjoy!
