Death by Chocolate

A simple dessert made with ingredients you likely have on hand!

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Brownie Mix + Ingredients to Prepare
  • 1 Box Pudding + Milk to Prepare
  • 8 Oz Cool Whip Standard Size
  • 1 Cup Heath Bits
  • Chocolate Garnish Sprinkles, Shavings, Mini Chips; Optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare brownies as directed, bake and cool. Prepare chocolate pudding as directed, refrigerate until set.

  2. Once cooled, cube brownies into bite size pieces.

  3. After pudding is chilled, mix half of the prepared pudding in a separate bowl with half of the Cool Whip.

  4. Layer in Dish: Brownies, Pudding, Pudding + Cool Whip, Cool Whip, Heath Bits

  5. On top of final Cool Whip layer, also include chocolate garnish.

Recipe Notes

I prefer to make this dessert a day ahead and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight but you canĀ  also make and serve it right away!

TIP: Use a normal kitchen peeler on your favorite chocolate bar to create pretty chocolate curls!
